Torch is family. We demand discipline and accountability, and we make sure the game stays fun. Our coaches teach proper fundamentals and mechanics every day. Playing time and positions are earned through work, attitude, and performance — not parent politics. Same rules for every family, including ours.

Coach Jake Loden
Head Coach
Former collegiate pitcher with 15 years of youth coaching experience. Built Torch from the ground up on one principle: coach every kid like they're yours.
Coach Amanda Howe
Assistant Coach
A Tampa native from a baseball family, Amanda grew up around the game and never left it. She proudly served in the U.S. Army while playing ball her entire life.
